Replace wheel bearings? Cost?
Is there a ballpark figure for doing this? labour time etc? think my nearside front is dying...

Well, i replaced a rear one yesterday. Part was 130GBP, took me a few hours to dismantle and replace. Be warned, you need grinder and press to do it yourself.
If you get a garage to do it i'd say you are looking at 2 hours labour = 150GBP. Ian

wow £130 for a wheel bearing!
that is one thing im going to miss about my polo race car. cost of parts! a wheel bearing for that was £6!!!!
