RB25 head studs

Re-fitting my exhuast manifold a few weeks ago I stripped the thread out of the head on the first bolthole this is one that I had to previously have drilled out and re-tapped when I first got the car into the country so I am unsure if I will be able to just retap it again?

the first time the stud was drilled out and he re-tapped it 'cos it was a "bit messy" this time it just pulled the stud out as I tightend it up.

I guess I need to find someone who can come out and do it for me

anyone know someone in nottingham?

Simon

Buy a recoil kit and you should be able to do it yourself Simon. Have a look on the net and buy a kit.

Recoil thread repair kit - Metric fine Recoil repair kits

You will need a M10x1.25 kit
