Hi everybody, i have some problems with my brand new engine, that was repaired a month ago.

My car was in break-in period. and since the last month, i drove 1000 kilometers.
I put syntec oil, for the break-in period, ( i know that was'nt a good idea) I changed it for a mineral oil.

Now, My problem is ; when my engine is cool , and i start it.., til my pump makes pressions, my engine makes noise , (for about 2 seconds). the same happens when you start a engine and it is very cold outside. But when my engine is hot and i start it, there is no problems. I have a good oil pression when it's running,on the other hand , it' s running very nice .......... Do you have any idea what the problem could be??....

What weight oil are you using?
Running in with Synthetic is pretty dumb ,but not the end of the world.
It will most likely take a long time to bed in.
So it has mineral oil in it now ?

I put in castrol gtx 10w30.....

Is it really cold over there right now?
Try a 5 or 0 - 50 oil, It could be a bit thick initially on startup.
