it's one of the primary reasons I bought my car. But it swaps cogs better than anything I've driven with a H gate.

My gbox screams when driving at 2nd gear, also slight noises can be heard when idling and gear in neutral, disappears when u press clutch

dunno what oils are in, but think il try some oil changing. Diff needs some shimming also, coz in gear changes it "clonks"

Guys on that site have been 8's at over 170 MPH, and going 1.30 second 60-foot times on drag slicks. Don't think you're getting much better traction than that just because of the AWD.

I guess what damien is saying is starting to make a lightbulb go off in my head. Supercharged cars will tear the snout off the crankshaft pulling ~150 HP worth of power off the end to drive a supercharger. I'm sure that chain puts similar loads on the internals of the gearbox to drive the front wheels in a GTR, causes some case flex, and pop go the internals. I wish there were some cheaper way to do it, but by the time you have something like a billet case made you're at the cost of a sequential box that isn't going to fail.
unfortunatley these things are not cheap, i paid 6700 dollars aussie for a second hand hollenger box for my r32.....how ever im really loving that there graph... i didnt know they could put sh*t under so much pressure....maybe i should put a supra box in my nitro power twin cam 24 valve 20 b quad rotor'd injected down draught carbied supercharged twin t51spl turbo nitro 1/10 scale rc car.

the HKS R33 Drag car wasn't even pulling that much torque.

hell catapiller E968 engines dont even produce that much torque and those boxes reduce 3000 rpm down to 10 kph max speed.

Sorry Officer the clock only goes up to 320 kph...

cams $2000.00, Turbo $3800.00, ecu, $1800.00
Change of underpants.....priceless
