Huge difference, cant wait to do the other side to see how much more
visibilty I will gain. It over powers the driver side, as if it is not even on.

Did the driver side in the am yesterday, last night I took it for a spin.
Wow, I can see so much more now. I just need to fine tune the head
lights so they are angled just right and at equal height. I tried using a
wall to adjust the height, but when I take it on the road it does not
look the same. Oh well, I will get it quared away soon.

WONDERS NEVER CEASE

I had a knock at the door just now and its a cargo rep with my HID,s which got lost at Heathrow on the 10Feb, The date is on the paperwork attached to the lights. So they have been going round a carosel with bags for 5 weeks.

So 5 weeks later I have my lights apparantly undamaged

Now just got to fit them, Mookistar does your drivers side balast move around at all with only one bolt on the washer bottle mount ??????

Best regards Alan

no, as it's bent at the base, it's solid and it's done up tight, there's no movement

I zip-tied mine, they do not move @ all. That was the hardest part
of the whole install. Will put some pics up of where everything went.

Pics are good I will try mine at the weekend

Location of the ballasts seems to be the hard bit

Here you go, this where I mounted/ecured the ballasts. I used zipties,
I know, not the best way, but it works just fine. They have not come
loose or melted. I used several ties to ensure there is minimal vibration
and or movement. This was the hardest part of the HID install. I used
the PIAA 6200K kit and it is bright, I love them.

You just have to get some of these. Mine is a 8000K kit.

Pictures before then one changed then 2 changed and lastly the hardest bit where to locate the ballasts
