What does it take to beat an ENZO?

Basicly what modifictions would you need to send the Rosso to the oblivion?
Brut power will play a major role, but don`t just post 1000HP please . . .
I want to see chassis, handling mods as well . .

I am asking this as I met somebody , who claims owning an Enzo,(probably has one), and who says that basicly no street tuned car aviable in japan, under 60k could catch him up on Suzuka . . . . . well he never met the second coming of god then . .

certainly possible. Going to the extreme end of the scale though.

quick google gives the following stats on an enzo:
0-60 in 3.14 seconds
0-100 in 6.6 seconds

Compared with a rather fast GTR:
Keith Cowies car
0-60 in 2.539
0-100 in 4.36

so it's definately possible in a straight line, but obviously requires quite a monsterous spec car.
Wonder what Mr Begley's car does the above in as that's a true road car.
and yes, I know the numbers quoted have little bearing on real life on the road performance, and I know there's better examples, and so on. I was hypothesising.

No, for 60k USD you get the diecast of the Enzo

he ment under 60000 USD cars are crap, they can never take it on against an Enzo, even tuned in a street legal way . .

there's two GTR's that have been up here for <30k that spring to mind as potential, or rather maybe possibly, enzo beaters in a straight line.
enzo's are fiercely fast though.

I reckon the Mines GTR would suffice around a track. Any times on the Enzo for Tsukuba?

An 800bhp JUN Supra beat an Enzo from a rolling 80kph start a month ago in a wangan race here in Korea (empty road). The Enzo probably would have eventually come out on top, but they ran out of road.

This is an interesting question - when I first set out on my GT-R journey, my goal was to match the performance of an Enzo. All I've managed to do is exceed its peak power output. I wouldn't be able to outhandle or out accelerate the damned thing, unless the traction control aids and crap were turned off, and the driver of the Enzo was:

There are only three true sports: mountain climbing, auto racing, and bullfighting. Everything else is merely a game.

Saying and enzo can beat a 60k car is like saying my Skyline can beat a £50 car... its a pointless comparison really...

It would be better to compare it to a $500k Souped up Jap car to make things fair...

First get a R34 Z-Tune...!

Then give it to the best road GTR maker in Japan... Mine's!!!

Then hand them an empty cheque and say "go for it"

I am sure you will see some interesting creation!!!

I doubt that the handling of a skyline will ever match an enzo becuase it is like comparing a DTM car with an F1 car.

the outright power can easily be beaten but the setup and handling of an ENZO will always be better than a skyline because of the way it is designed.
