I just multiply the KPH by 0.6 to keep within the limits

Rust around the door mirrirs is very common and a known fault, hence the drain at the bottom of the door just below the side mirror. That said I've got someone making me replacement door skins so may well have them available as a sale item soon
As for the radio, get a band expander or just replace it with something else
