I'm in the same position as you. I've found that the sales experience has been mixed but I've decided to wait for the delivery date and see if it ties in with what I've been told by the sales team.

Some of my e-mails and phone calls haven't been returned but others have. I do sympathise to the extent that it must be hard to keep up with customer enquiries and given the volume of orders that Middlehurst have that's a huge number BUT they are a business and if you can't cope, you hire more staff.

Andy and Chris seem like really nice people and its always been a pleasure to deal with them. I suspect that Nissan has caused a lot of these problems and to an extent this forum probably complicates matters with Chinese whispers.

Try to be patient (I know it's hard ), give it to the end of May and then if you still haven't had any luck complain to Nissan. I certainly intend to if the delivery date doesn't reflect when I placed my order, but that's hardly Middlehurst's fault.

In comparison I've been trying to buy a 350Z convertible for the past couple of weeks and I've dealt with 4 dealers all of which have been useless. The Middlehurst experience has been a lot better than those of my local Nissan dealers and I'm secretly optimistic
