All it takes is one very wealthy person to want one and it'll go . To some Ģ80000 is peanuts . Pity thats not me

Indeed, supply vs demand. Supply of these cars is very limited indeed in the UK right now (and will be for some time if the waiting lists are anything to go by) . Once its been on the TV and in a few more newspapers demands going to be big. I can see someone paying clsoe to asking for that.

Ģ80k seems well out of ball park - you'd need to be insane to be some profitmonger that!

Bear in mind this was in last weeks sunday times - so not 'snapped up'. Another for 60k was bought within days. That seems nearer the mark.
Not doubting it wont sell at that - saffron cars have been around a while and their stable of cars is pretty impressive. They must know what they are doing.
Nice to be grouped in the supercar section alongside the veyron!.

Look on the bright side. In 15 years time, it'll cost the same as an R32.

you could be right, but then again...............???? - with the spiralling cost of fuel, and the continuing go green/alternative fuel bandwagon i sometimes wonder where it will all head to? - perhaps the GTR might just be the last (or one of) of the really great petrol driven supercars....., and therefore residuals will be kept high - lets face it, there does not seem to be any great performance electric/hybrid cars out there, at the moment anyway.

Expensive GTRs

I did make equiries on the GT-R that was advertized at Saffrons. I was told the car was a very expensive import (not directly from Japan and it cost almost 75k landed, taxed etc etc etc).......apparently the owner (NOT Saffrons) was not worried about the cost as he simply wanted one.

I have one in HK exactly the same and it costs 80k on the road.....!!!

Anyway, I was wondering, do any one have a English Owner's Manual on the R35??? I would really like a copy.
