That's the generic response people come up with when they don't like Japanese cars in general but don't want to admit it. People said the old GT-R was quick but looked too mundane and bland because of it's sedan DNA. So they go back to the drawing board and build a faster, better looking, highly advanced stand-alone model and the only thing they can come up with is "Not enough driver involvement". But put that same person in a 599 Fiorano, which like the GT-R, features a paddle shifted trans, electronic dampers, and an advanced traction control system and they'll sings it's praises all day long. Some people just flat out don't like Japanese cars and won't ever bring themselves to admit one could even be possible of being a superior product. Thus you'll always have comments like "It's quick...but...not enough driver involvement..."
