Well all i can do is follow the instructions

I did the first free air calibration before fitting the sensor into the exhaust

I then did a further free air calibration after the gauge didnt go over 9/1 on the first proper drive the car had not been used for a number of days

see this thread Car is running very rich according to AFR

I then did another free air calibration after the gauge stopped displaying and the led readout showed a fault

I've just done another free air calibration as my car has not been used for some weeks

I have followed the instructions supplied with the kit to the letter every step of the way
