gt2860-5 or t04r/z

moving from 2510s looking for over 600really...

bit torn on which to get..itl be a 2.7 with my new engine..looking for as little lag as poss...

is the hks/garrett t04r/z ball bearing?

any help would be great

Had the 2860 -5`s on my 2.8 with 264 272 cams, made 660 atf and they spooled super double quick, almost to quick if thats possible.

People say the TO4Z spools pretty quick on a stroked engine as well, think the Z is roller bearing and the R isn`t but not 100%?
