Rob, would you be the first tuner on call!!

available anywhere, anytime, anyhow!

Whats the story, is this how your gonna be working from now on?

Whats the extra charge on the coming out to do a tune.

Would you road map if a dyno is not available.

Won't know if l don't ask!

Hi Nozza,

When i get back and get an hour or so i will be posting a thread with info on the past, the future and what i will be up to etc
Basically i will be mapping for 5-6 companies ranging from deep south up to scotland as an extra part of the new business. This is added to hte international mapping which has become a big part of my workload (off to usa in 4 weeks FFS!) This number is likely to grow if my emails are anything to go by. I have quite a few friends with dyno's country wide that are giving me access to their dyno's if i need to do any mapping away from my new dyno.
New full workshop facilities have been running for a month now, these facilities include detailed engine building and car preperation.

Nothing beats road mapping IMPO, something i will still be doing. HKS have stressed they dont want me storming up and down roads mapping Fcon's which is fair enough by me. If the customer cant come to me, there will be someone i know with a dyno nearbye to use, all good maps end with a road session anyway.
Likewise the other brands of ecu's i map will be fine on the road.

Unfortunatley i am best known for my mapping, in the next couple of weeks i will be putting together a portfolio on my website so everyone can see what i have been doing for the last few years.

Cheers

Rob

Glad to hear that you're a road map kinda guy Rob,I firmly believe in the dyno first to get things in line then road map to finish up,I've seen car engines go quite different from the dyno tune,on the road.

Rob

I think most people know your not just a mapper mate.......as PMJ mentioned, Engine building, race prepping etc etc.

You took my car on as a project and built the entire car!.......which reminds me i need to do a thread on it now that its finished.
