Update:

Sorry I havent updated this thread in a few weeks. Ive been busy moving house and sorting out internet so heres the latest news on the car:

A few weeks back the garage identified a problem with the power steering and when we took the power steering pump out last week, it turned out there was a valve missing from inside it no idea what could have happened to it but a whole new power steering pump was purchased and put on as the original one has completely died.

We then took the car for a test drive yesterday before it went to the MOT Test Centre and there's a lot of white smoke coming out the back the speedo has mysteriously stopped working. so im hoping its just condensation from the fuel tank. Worse case scenario, the head gasket has cracked or the head is warped.

I was hoping to get it on the road by the end of today but it isnt looking likely

nice. would you consider getting any other suspension, brakes or body parts upgrades. i would say a new front grill and splitter would give better downforce and let the engine breath
