If this Group Buy is successful, (i.e. we get the 10 sales and no one messes them about with payment), I will open discussion with them regarding supplying all the GT-R ducts they offer to GTROC members via our Web shop at a discounted price.
They already offer RB Intercooler/heater and breather hoses, plus a range to R35 hoses.





I could ask them if they could add and 'insert' into the tools so that they can also make hoses to fit the larger AFM's. The rest of the duct will be the same Dia, but it may be possible to do.

Any one know what the Z32 AFM outlet Dia is?

I would need this as im going to run rb25 mafs and i beleive they are the same as z32 sizes.

Z32 AFM outer diameter is 80mm.

I finally heard back from the manufacturer today regarding pricing for these Silicon intake ducts.

The price to the GT-R Register members will for the two AFM to Turbo Ducts will be:

2x 70mm Ducts
=£95.00
+ £6.00 Carriage
+ VAT
= Total £118.68 Delivered to your door (in UK)!

2x 80mm Ducts (Z32 AFM's)
=£110.00
+ £6.00 Carriage
+ VAT
= Total £129.25 Delivered to your door (in UK)!


This is for Blue, Black, or Red any other colour will incur a 20% Surcharge.


I have requested that a few design changes be made over the standard Nissan part, (and their competitors version of these ducts (@ £158 +VAT)), to reduce pressure drop and so improve flow;

* The rear duct no longer has any convolutes in the mid section as these are not needed for engine movement as the two ends of the duct will move in shear to each other and not in compression.

* The inside bend Radii coming out of the rear AFM is far greater than the standard part which is something ridiculous like 0.25 x D. (1 or 1.5 x D is the minimum I normally have to work to, but I don't think is possible in this case.

* The Front turbo duct will have one large bellow in it as this duct has to compress and stretch under engine rock, with out it there is a danger it could pull off of the AFM.

* Both ducts will be 4 ply Silicon with internal metal rings to stop vacuum collapse. These rings will not be visible from the out side nor restrict flow in the inside.


As these ducts will be made especially for us at the 'Register, the tooling will only be done on receipt of 8-10 orders and payments. [/B]

I have picked up a hard pipe kit for 80mm AFMs, so unless there is something wrong with the fitment I am sorted.

RB25 AFM's are 80mm, the supplier is also doing me a version for these AFM's too, priced at £129.25 Delivered.

Just to iterate, this for 2 ducts for the RB26 fitted with the RB25 (Z32) afm's.
