Just wondering if you had to narrow the plug gaps down to avoid the spark blowing out at that power?

Does anyone know what ignition system / coil packs the Borg runs?

All stock and no issues at all, its just another case of people thinking or being told "you must have this and that" quite often by someone trying to sell you something.

Just trying to avoid paying for another $500 dyno session if the ignition system was on its edge... From the research iv done it looks like the hks twin power is used when theres other issues involved eg wiring/coilpacks/tuning(dwell/charge times) ect Thanks for clearing that up Rob im hoping everythings in order then...

Has anyone replaced the factory cable between the coil packs and the igniter with a custom one? I.E can you get the plugs and make your own?

I like the OKADA coil packs and the OEM units (when in good condition).

New factory one is pretty cheap (~AU$200), good for replacing crunchy wires.
Add a decent earth for the ignitor/coils and I think that would run well.

Otherwise looky here if your deadset on custom

Yep, what do you need to know? It is so easy I think most people just dont want to have a go at it.

I will get around to posting pics at some stage.
