Are people relying on Concierge Service for breakdown cover

First trip abroad in the GTR soon and just wondering if people are relying on the Concierge Service for recovery / breakdown cover abroad.

Anyone had to use it in anger.

Yes I will be using it as European breakdown and subsequently let my ADAC cover lapse because of it.
