Wobbly wing mirror??

Just gave the car a wash and noticed my drivers side wing mirror is wobbly, anybody know if these can come loose, or has some scrote given it a whack?

Just thought I would post back on this in case anybody else experiences it, I folded the wing mirrors in and put them back out again, problem solved no wobblyness!

Same problem during winter, summer no problem at all. get some silicon spray between the turning part and the mounting and problem solved.
