Okay so just wondering...

But how would you setup different maps using the power writer software for a v-pro unit.

JUST wondering...

FYI i am state side and we no longer have HKS

Enable in settings for fuel and ignition to open up the new tables then just select through allocated dP switches on front panel

Okay to my knowledge I opened the software up and did the communications to get all the maps. But I only got 1???

So I tried the dp switches. I was told all off is Map 1 and 1on and the rest off was map 2???? and then tried to communicate again and got the same map???

So for an idot how do I get both of the old maps off the car and then how do I add them? kinda like step by step.. I am total newb on this and have no one to talk to state side

Probably only 1 map on there then. The switches just select the map to use. If you can only see the one then the others aren't enabled.
In settings (car symbol) on taskbar open up fuel and ignition sections.
It has the other map options selectable in tick boxs.
Not got software infront of me so can't be more precise at moment.

yeah there is a fuel 1 and fuel 2 area.. I am assuming its the fuel 1 area. Then Main 1 is map 1, Main 2 is map 2, Sub 1 is map 3, sub 2 is map 4.

But then in the ignition 1 area there is like 8 mains and 8 subs???
