Must admit all the Tein coilovers I've ever had, on several cars, were all far too harshly damped.

Didn't realise Nismo did some height adjustable, there's a thought.

When I ordered my S Tunes, I was advised that the height adjustable S Tunes were no longer available. I'm not sure if Nismo have since done a U-turn on this..?

That's a pity if that's the case, I'm sure Matty might chime in to confirm!

I was very pleased with HKS Hipermax II's, they are on version IV now. They are similar to the Nismo in being great on the road and very capable on track with road tyres at least.

MAX IV GT Spec-A/HIPERMAX | SUSPENSION | PRODUCT | HKS
As I mentioned on your other thread, I've gone for the HKS Hipermax IV GT's as they are made for the street as opposed to the track with softer springs than the 'ST' kit that they also do.

They have moved on since the early Hipermax kits which were quite harsh for UK roads.

I'm getting them fitted and set up for fast road on Thursday by TDi so will let you know what my thoughts are if you can wait until then

Comfort, noise and adjustability were a big factor in my decision as my car will never see the track.

Hipermax 3 onwards they improved. The GT versions are nice and road compliant.
