I found this on nagtroc, sounds crazy!

not on the 35, bovs dont sound like that under normal usage in the 35, hes just boosting then releasing throttle non stop ..no one drives like that!

I have had many turbo cars, never had one with the dump valve sounding like a chicken though!

The chatter is air blowing backwards through the turbo because the dump valve is too small.

Mine makes a similar noise at high pressure, but as the pressure drops it changes to the normal hiss. I can cure this with a larger valve, but I dont mind the chatter and it doesn't really get time to do it on gear change.
