Thanks to JM Imports & Ryan

A big thank you to Jurgen and Ryan for making the GTR pimp today. Got the GTC titan, injectors, downpipes and intakes. Economy and race map. Great drive back to Edinburgh and the car is now frighteningly fast. Cheers guys for a fantastic customer service from start to finish. Highly recommended!!!!

Marcus

Yes it sounds great. They were comparing our cars as we seem to have had the same sort of mods less the full exhaust system. It was pretty loud in the cabin on the way home and the mrs was making faces a little but she isn't in it that much.

Just can't believe the performance at all now. I thought stock was enough but now it's something else entirely. Still drives like a regular car in town as well. Took it out again last night as finally managed to get some v-power. I went to about 8 shell garages on the journey home and they were all dry. Anyway, took it out with a mate and then came out the car sort of shaking. Partial adrenaline dump!!!

If you have Dynamat installed it might help with the drone slightly. Mine isn't too bad with the stock exhaust and resonated y-pipe, drones a bit around 2K.

What power did yours make, have you a graph to upload?

Anders

I think I might go for the Dynamat then. Ryan thought about 625-630. Logged everything when out on the road with Jurgen driving so will see what I get.

Flirting? God forbid mate We were discussing the pros and cons of white "v" blue. Your Mrs said that a white GT-R would be more likely to get keyed in Edinburgh

Yes, I wanted white originally but on reflection Im glad i went with the blue. It's parked on street so I think the white is a bit high profile. What were you getting done yesterday - the exhaust?

Would be good to see a graph how they compare, stock exhaust vs Titan.

I haven't driven mine in nearly a week, no V-power. I might bite the bullet and fill up with Tesco 99 tonight, they seem capable of supplying all their fuels - Shell only 95RON and diesel.

I cant't stay out the car now its pimp. Edinburgh was completely out of Vpower had to drive to a town 20 miles away where they have loads - might stockpile! Only in the UK do we have to suffer this kind of nonsense.

Full exhaust mate (standard downpipes) with 76mm intakes and a remap. I also had the 2011 gearbox software update with LC4 (I think) and the gear re-learn The guys also fitted some spacers as well which make the car sit well

Enjoying it then? I was enjoying it a little too much there dropping someone off home and the police had pulled these kids over for drinking. One emergency stop later and all is fine. I think the police liked the sound of the new exhaust though as they just stared as I drove past at 30.

Yeah mate, good fun but very easy to lose track of your speed. Just put up a couple of little sound clips on mine and Jurgen's project threads

I know what you mean. One minute you are comfortably within the speed limit then a second later your facing a ban. It's easy done and Im on 6 points already for stupid things not even speeding and need my car for my job so I have to be careful. Thing is 3 points were courtesy of my ford ka! Will check out these sound clips now.
