Indeed. I'm currently waiting for a call back...have been for a day or so now....don't fancy my chances......If I have to follow up myself (again) I'll name and shame.
Perhaps we should have a name and shame sticky...

Don't even get me started on Nissan customer service, 6 weeks on my issue still not been resolved and just heard its not going to be looked at until at least week after next so 2 months since I brought the issue to their attention.

Was thinking about changing up to a 2012, think I might just go German now!
