Question Difference in power and times

Hi guys as you probably read my other thread regarding power upgrade to 650bhp, I have decided that I am gunna let Ian from Lichfield do his magic on the gtr,

Can any of you guys please give me an idea of the power difference in feeling wise and the difference in quarter mile times between a standard R35 and a 650 stage 4 with Milteck full exhaust and gearbox software upgrade

Cheers guys

For a model year 10 which i have , you are looking at +120 bhp approx, Quarter mile time going from around 12.0 to around 10.8, 0-100 from 8.3 to approx 6.5 seconds.

It is a great upgrade, just as usable, slightly better fuel economy and much faster. Go for it !

I went from a standard MY 2010 to Litchfield stage 4 a few weeks ago and also had the gearbox software updated. The difference is staggering.

I can easily do a sub 7 second 0-100 without LC.

It knocked a second off my 40-80mph time in 4th gear (a before and after test I did)

Power delivery is very smooth and almost instantaneous. 3rd gear is what 2nd used to feel like, 4th like 3rd etc.

My GTR is my everyday car and it's perfectly usable - just get a bit more VDC especially on bumpy roads, and need to be a bit more careful when nailing it in 3rd gear to overtake.

Gear change is much smoother and rev-matching is better when changing down at very low revs.

A guy on a bike pulled alongside me the other day. We both floored it and I think he was a bit surprised I was stayed alongside him.

Can't say I've bothered with the economy mode or ever reduced the boost level, but I'm sure I will some day.

It's good value for money and even though I live nearly 300 hundred miles away, I choose to go to Iain in view of his reputation.

You won't regret it.
