Question Hi guys need some guide from here

4 days ago my R32 GTR wont start i tried many many times to start it and charged battary like 20 min it just wont start looked for a couple thread and they say its the spark plugs, so today i took the plugs out could you guys let me know if this is normal took out the plugs they were all greacy and strong smell like gasolin and i took a look under the hole( where the sparks plugs plug in) it looks greacy and dry is that normal im just waiting for the plugs on monday so ill put the new ones on, hope that will work!
the last time i start it was about 5 days ago i let it run for a while then it starts to shakes abit like there is no fuel, so i shut it off the next day i put 14L of gas in it and try to start it up it just wont from there, first time i tried it did start for 2 second and it sounds like really weak and shuts off it self then is like i said i cant start it again.
i really wish there could be some one help me out here point out what is the problem thx guys best reagards

That's unburnt fuel it's normal if you are flooding the car on startup you need to see if you are getting a spark first

Thx buddy! I'm in Canada where are u? I just plugged in the new plugs today it starts like new! Took for a drive Np with it and just have one question that my air filter u can call it mushroom head if u want, it's ripped inside so I'm planning changing it just wonder is that universal or it has to be the one who fits the rb26 and how much is it
