so today I went for the second inspection of the vehicle and the GTR tech doing it was a brilliant guy. Drives a R35 himself and a very knowledgeable tech I must say.

We inspected the vehicle and ran the diagnostics and we just done the simplest things like top up brake fluid, looked at the battery voltage and search for loose plugs. In the end, I think its fine. The tech did say that I will need to get a new battery becoz the owner has left the thing parked for too long and its running low. Also, some plugs under the driver seats seem to be loose. This guy saved me a bunch and can't thank him enough. He said its definitely not the ABS pump which is a good thing. But he did say something about the electronic goodies under the driver seat. I will need to look into that. Car is straight, gen mileage and a host of goodies confirmed installed that the owner didn't know existed. Paid my deposit and will just wait until the guys free to pay him the balance. Thanks for everyone input on this. :wavey: The car is lovely and its fast!!! Tech took it for a spin and my eyeballs nearly came out of my sockets. :chuckle:

Here she is. Sorry I only managed to get one photo becoz my Galaxy S2 (rooted) seemed to crash when I tried to take more photos. Happening more frequently. :chairshot Time to get S3 :runaway:

hehehe....thanks mate!! Na, the roads in HK are not that great, but we have to make do with our very limited A and B roads. U.K and Europe have the most fantastic roads. Had a long vacation last year and brought a car in the UK and drove all the way round Europe, with a detour to the Nurburgring of course :chuckle:, was fantastic and the mountain passes in France, Italy and Switzerland were breathtaking. Will do it again maybe next yr, no time this year.

Singapore is probably the most expensive market to buy a car in the World. But you guys have fantastic access to Malaysia where you have track etc, so you are way luckier than us here. Miss the spare rib soup, so yummy.

Being in the uk is excellent for petrolheads. Access to the worlds major tracks and events, not the least having the ability to drive your own R to the edge. :bowdown1: :chuckle:
