Jury is still out with these currently. I've had an issue that is not urgent. The car has been there once already and needed some parts which came, we had some trauma with loan car availability which stopped me returning for the subsequent works, but now it seems to have fallen off their radar....watch this space.

They lent me a Nissan LEAF for two weeks to try.
So while I didn't get the GT-R experience I did deal with the same guys that do the GT-R and the service was professional, friendly and honest, which was far better than I got at Glyn Hopkin.
If I needed anything, I'd give them a try.

I had a TPMS and the front clicking noise done under warranty - seems to be well done.
Still awaiting parts for my Petrol tank sender issue, that were on back order, which was the original problem I wanted sorting.
When they get to it they do seem to do a reasonable job so far, although getting to it does seem to take an inordinate amount of time....

My fuel tank issue is still not sorted...will be 5 months if it gets fixed in Sep (I've just been bounced a further two weeks due to "back order not being available yet...). Letter to Nissan HQ coming I think..

I've been there a few times - damn convenient since I live in Mill Hill.

They did my optimisation service for me, but I had to rebook beacuse I was ten minutes late and they put the next person in. Didn't ring me to ask where I was - stuck in traffic and only live literally half a mile away!

I was annoyed at the time, but I kind of understand. I will be using them for my 12 month service though and have a lot of confidence in Peter. Not so keen on the sales staff though.

Yes Adam, I live closer to Slough, but work in Hemel so popping down the M1 is more convenient. Peter is a nice bloke, he does seem "busy" and has returned calls to me in the past (usually to tell me things are delayed or to bump my visit a week or so for some or other reason). I do have to repeat call quite often and I'm not convinced they order or get things in quickly, but this might be the rest of the Nissan chain. As I said my fuel tank problem has been outstanding for some time and the part was supposedly on back order, was "ordered" after my last visit 12th July.. where what I had been telling them for months was the problem, was then only confirmed! I'm in now for 3rd Sep...last chance...

A month or so ago my petrol tank reading etc finally got sorted. Good job done, Peter pre authorised a pump too if the problem returns. So far so good.
Ok but slow to close things out IMo

Really, you mean not closing things out, or actioning quickly? or in general?
I have switched to Slough for other stuff now and will only return if my petrol tank issue resurfaces, for continuity

Have to give them 2/10. I called over a week ago for a price on set of tyres, left a voicemail on Peter's voicemail (after being bounced around a few people) and yet to be called back. Crock of crap.

On the flip side, I called Ancaster Bromley got through to parts and was quoted sensible price for Dunlops 285 square, so they will win my business moving forward. I'm booking in for two year service tomorrow.
