Cobra tracker

Hi, anyone know what the guarantee period is for the Cobra tracker system fitted to the GT_R?

You would have thought with the amount they charge for the yearly subscription it would be a lifetime warranty.

If it was fitted by a NHPC it is at least for the warranty period of the car so 3 years from date of first registration.

Thats why my car wouldn't start the immobilser circuit. so the BCM error B2617 wasn't a red herring, starter circuit.

Sadly in my experience aswell cobra arent the best at answering the phone

INTERESTING......
i have just made the jump with a r35 m16....love the car ,one of the reasons i bought the car was it had the cobra tracker on it .the the bloke who had it before me had it 2 months and had just subscribed and paid for a year ,so i thought great tracker is paid for .....so i try to get it in my name told i have to pay for a year ,shite i thought ok though willing to pay ,so they try to communicate with it and it wont ,so im now looking at a new unit or a fix which means 150plus the unit and i have to take to nissan,so if its warranted if active (which it was ) am i covered ???? what do you lot think
