I love buying a new car with problems... of which there has been more than this :@
Alloys rusting?!
Are they in the car industry?

just read this............have you got steel wheels lol, what a joke pity you never recorded that statement.

as for the wheels, tbh I think you have no chance as too much time has lapsed so you cant really blame them for that.
if you had spotted it earlier within a day of collection or service then they would have had no choice other than to rectify the problem for you

Wasn't going to name them, but as they are unable to contact me when they said they would I will.

Yeah I turned away in anger when that statement came out her mouth lol.

Yeah I know that, schoolboy error for skimming over it. Like I said I didn't expect someone to be so careless as to damage the wheels before the car has even made it to the customer. As I said other things were on my mind, such as -
1) The fact that my y-pipe still hadn't arrived even though I was assured it would arrive in advance.
2) Tribos (another schoolboy error as I wanted to see what it was like) couldn't make it for another few days
3) The plastic bit inside the door with GTR on it was all scuffed to ****.
4) I was more excited than I have ever been in my life because I was collecting a GTR lmao.

You said you had your car detailed last Saturday. Did they have the wheels off for cleaning?

No didn't do anything with the wheels, only in for a paint correction and coating.

The only way I can think is when the wheels have been off. Unless you carefully chiselled the alloys on your 75k car for no reason whatsoever as Nissan seem to be treating me in this way by not getting back to me... A complaint is going to be getting lodged me thinks
