Wheel spacers - Extended lug, not bolt on
Hi all,

I'm looking into getting some 15mm wheel spacers for my OEM wheels to fill the arches more, I'm really not keen on the idea of bolt on spacers though, even high quality items like Eibach still make me nervous.

Has anybody fitted longer wheel studs and slip on spacers instead? I see ARP do them for the GTR but not sure if they are readily available in the UK.

Adam

I've always wondered about bolt on, are these the stronger method ?

DD31 - ok cool do they come in different lengths? I guess I would want some exactly 15mm longer that the standard studs if I'm going to use 15mm spacers or guess I'd need open lug nuts if they were longer than that

ChuckUK - yes I believe this is stronger than a bolt on set up, although I'm sure some of the high quality bolt on sets on offer are absolutely fine, I've just seen a few horror stories with cheaper ones snapping etc. so just going to go down this route if I can

I will check tomorrow, and will PM you.

I use H&R spacers as on picture below. I've done 3000 kms on track so far, and no any signs of crack, damage etc.
