I suspect the following happened:
- Indie manages bookings and sets aside the time required to do top quality work on our cars.
- Management see that Indie is spending more time that is absolutely necessary - Nissan (afaik) say 3.5 hrs for a regular service, which leaves no time for things like removing brake dust from drill holes, for example.
- So... instead of, say, two cars per day, they should service three. And charge the same.
- That's a 50% increase in revenue.

Nice revenue increase in theory so from a purely numbers pov, makes sense.
But what they haven't accounted for is the ~75% loss in customers, and revenue.

Either that, or they've made a conscious decision that the non-GTR regular Nissan business is what they want to be in.
