Flashing number plate bulb

I have a bulb flashing on the numberplate, ive tried googling around and cant find anything on how to access the bulbs, ive had a look under there and can see the plastic casing, but dont want to pry it off willy nilly if thats wrong. All help appreciated, thank you.

I changed my bulbs and cant remember doing anything unusual to get to them, I think I just stuck a little screw driver in to a slot on one side and prised it off like I have accessed most other number plate bulbs.
Do you not have an owners manual that came with your car ?
It must show you in there.

Same as pretty much any car I can remember remove the cover with a small flat head screwdriver on the recess part to prise it down.

Changed mine to some LED bulbs and from memory it took me around 30 seconds to remove and replace and refit so I can't think of anything to tricky involved.
