Best brake size / options

I am looking to upgrade from the standard GTR brakes.. but I want to be able to use my Enkie 17" wheels as an option for track days.. but use my 18" wheels from day day... what is the best size discs to go for and what is the best brake set up on the GTR... AP / KAD / Brembo or what...

Not had any problems with my AP 6 pots Had KAD 6 pots on my Pulsar, whilst I liked them they did need looking after as they had no dust seals and did get dirty. Not sure if the GTR ones have them fitted though
