Help, how do i remove these bits

The carbon bit is this pic, how do i remove it guys? And the silver bit too actually?

its only held on with double sided sticky tape....heat the part up and then gently pull it away from the body.

3m tape on both

top GTR logo section first

drive a plastic wedge carefully into the end nearest the door and create a gap then CAREFULLY trim through the adhesive with a craft knife

the lower vented section will then simply pull out with a little back and forth twisting

edited to add putting some masking tape on first is best practise and be gentle or you will make a dint

Both,, make sure they are warm before they are removed or they will snap or bend
