I did mine a couple months ago and have been silent since, they were clicking like crazy esp on LH lock before. Remove disc bell, clean surface rust on bell and hub, grease, refit = silent.

That sounds like a straightforward job as I need to put my road pads back in, so I'll give her a good scrub and clean out whilst the wheels are off
