Litchfield update
 
So I have my update mail but no idea how to get it working lol.... Any one in Essex fancy giving me a lesson

My v4 for stage 4 has been emailed for me to put on with the ecutek cable

I can type a letter or use a spread sheet then even iTunes confuses me lol so this sort of thing I would rather have someone who knows what they are doing lol

If you have the cable connected sw etc loaded on to a laptop there are a few help files in the help tab, I downloaded the instruction pdfs from there.
I first spent about half an hour just connecting the cable to the ODB port and browsing through all the features/data that you could access.
Anyway it's not particularly difficult but is quite daunting if you've not played with it before.
PM me with an email address and I'll send them to you if you want then you can read and decide if it's beyond you ;)

Have you downloaded the Ecutek softwear onto your lap top? If not this is your first step - instructions are on the box the cable came in.

Save the file Ian sent you onto your laptop hard drive, (once you have the software on your lap top) if you go save as there should be a default file called Ecutek files (mine is in My Documents)
