GTR exhaust advice

Hello all

I just picked up my new MY11 GTR a little while ago. I've begun looking for an exhaust but there are so many to choose from I hoped someone would be able to help me out.
I had an IPE valvetronic exhaust on my last car, a C63 AMG. I like the valved exhaust as drone in the cabin on long distance journeys really annoys me, with the valve shut it tends to cut out all drone which makes everything much more bearable.. (sorry!)

The two valved exhausts I've found so far are the IPE and the ARMYTRIX systems.
I am a complete newbie to the Jap car world so any advice would be great. which exhaust is the best, regardless of valve or not? do they all drone etc?

cheers

They do not all drone. I have not seen many valve based options on the forum, so would be good to see any of those listed. I know of one person that did a custom valve via SRD.

I run Milltek downpipes and a silenced ypipe, to avoid the motorway drone.

thanks mate.

do you think if i installed a secondary cat bypass, probably milltek? Does it make benefit to the exhaust sound and would i get any motorway drone?

not sure which is the secondary cat.... if that refers to the ypipe, I had the non-res milltek on my standard exhaust system and the drone was not great between 67 & 72 mph. The downpipes only liven up my car above 3k rpm.
