I have worked with nano paint tech and some superhydrophobic surfaces used in the digital printing arena and have to say I'd very much expect this to be amazing and to last.

To me it's seriously exciting.

If Nissan don't offer it, it might be available from here. But how many detailers would dare apply this coating, they might go out of business.

The stuff I've worked with is hydrophobic paint, not a subsequently applied coating, the only way for it to wear out is if the paint wears out.
