Latest GTR 2014

Hi, nice to here all your thoughts about the GTR over the last 26 years or so i've had quite a few different cars listed in order i had them;
Audi URQ Quattro
Escort MK i Cosworth
Lotus Carlton
BMW M3 E46 ( rubbish )
Toyota Supra ( rubbish )
Porsche 993 2S
Porsche 993 Turbo 4
Porsche 993 Turbo S
Porsche 996 Turbo
BMW M5 E39 ( rubbish )
Porsche 996 Turbo S
BMW M3 CSL ( fantastic )
Nissan GTR 2009
Nissan GTR 2012
Nissan GTR 2014 ( present car )

From my point of veiw of all the cars i've had the 2014 model GTR is by far better than any other i've had, all my cars have been driven about 9000 miles a year so the improved suspension is a joy as is the quieter drive ( when your 63 things like that matter ), sorry if i've gone on a bit. Many thanks to Nissan for this fabulous car!

Regards
Malcolm.

I sold my MY14 after 7 weeks, it was too soft and too "normal" unless giving it the beans.
If I was buying again I'd get a MY11/12.

Fortunately we all want different things from our cars.

massive difference M3 CSL is a fun car to drive, lighter, more grip, holds the road round the twisty bits, a lot of feel to the road beneath you, and it sounds awesume! my 2nd best car I've had after the GTR>

I bought the BMW M5 E39 new it looked great in blue, tinted windows went like a rocket, comfortable, quiet, but it had absolutly no sence of driver involvement no feel of the road underneath you, i had it 3 months and could not wait to swop it back for another Porsche i had previously. The exact opposite to the M5 was the BMW M3 CSL.

Loved my CSL too...
Although it wasn't the best in the rain!! Always fitted with Cup tyres it hated standing water!
Was doing 50 on the motorway once in heavy traffic.. Hit a puddle and it just spun round instantly.. managed to somehow miss all the other cars and destroyed some sign post etc.. Insurance company loved that car
But would certainly have another
