De-Badged

Just had my boot lid de-badged, must say I reckon it looks a lot nicer with out the Nissan badge.

Quite a personal thing.

Paul at PW Pro left mine off when he wrapped my R35.
I made him put it back on.

I notice people are leaving the GT-R badge on though.

it wasn't something I noticed about mine till a couple of weeks ago but the Nissan badge has been removed and the GTR badge put in it's place.

not sure if I want to move it back or not tbh...

Eh? - It is that easy...there's no screw holes...just double sided tape....hair dryer, dental floss, 3m citrus degreaser.....easy

No holes just adhesive, you can do with dental floss I guess but it is a hefty badge so I thought it was easier to just get a Pro to do it as they are only 5 mins from me.

I have the nissan and the GT-R badge removed. Much prefer it. I am also not keen when the GT-R badge is relocated to the middle to be honest.

...and some time to address any difference in polish/fade/visibility of where the old badge shape was on the paint..... if present, which I thought some have been

It's not about badge snobbery, just the fact it looks better without it..

I leave the badge snobbery to the Ferrari Lamborghini etc people..!
