I dont know where to get it. I could get this part in Germany maybe if i had it.

I have big Electronics shop like 10km from me. Got a lot transistors, resistances and so on there. They have everything.

I chip tune old Honda P06/p28/p30 ECU and also install and repair Hondata Kpro, i get a lot parts from them.

How it's called in English?

Also try to find radio repair shop or electronics repair shop near you. Somethimes they have stuff like this.

I have one like this from Honda ECU but with 789 at the end not like your 612.

Inside my Fc (AFM model) looks like it's marked ZD4.
Guess that would be a zenner diode?
Pretty big bugger.

The larger Zenner diode ZD4 looks like it could be for surge suppression, and the smaller diode ZD1 is for voltage regulation. If such a big diode fails like this then there is a very good chance that there is a fault in the wiring to the ECU somewhere, and I would check for this and rectify the fault before repairing and trying the ECU again. Give RS a look on the web.
