short shift gear stick

As anyone fitted one of these to theres ? I cant work out how to do it and its come with nothing showing you how to fit it

They only just do. They just sit in the ring and look so unsafe but they hold it fine

As said they do, as those two C brackets engage in that little groove around the alloy shifter housing and hold in fast
