Question valve cover,plug cover & cam gear cover

wanted, standard engine valve cover with plug cover and cam gear cover. does not have to been in great condition due to having it cromed or polished.

so if any has the above parts knocking around please e:mail me or send me a pm.

p.s has anyone had there engine cover cromed? if anyone could put up a pic to c what it looks like that would be great. and if anyone could give me a ball park figure for cost on having the three parts preped and cromed.

I have the whole lot chromed but, it was a bit too bling for me

just went for spark plug cover and perspex greddy pulley cover

A serious pain in the ar$e to keep clean (if you use your car everyday , all year round like me ) i will poss paint mine soon.

unless ...... someone wants to come to an arrangement

Polishing

The above engine bays are polished and not chromed.Chrome can cause all sorts of problems if it isnt done correctly.. Go for polished and i know a man who would do it for you...

i've got hold of the two rocker covers and the cam gear cover so all i need know is the center plug cover. ANYONE??????

markyboy.1967 do you know how much i should look at for having the parts polished (ball park) cheers..

For me to do it all and deliver back to you it would be aprox £90 including standard delivery and about £95 for insured delivery.

True, polished looks great but maintenance a pain, powdercoat best option IMHO however would be nice to see a bling'd up chrome job. Cost a pretty penny too for a triple plate job..
