Fluctuating tyre pressures

Had a funny thing happen yesterday morning the tyre pressure warning came on, I have run flats and filled with nitrogen the psi normally is 30 when I checked it out 3 tyres were 25psi and one was 24psi this is the one that the warning was about, it was early morning 6 am and a cold night, when checked again at about 7pm the readings were 27 for 3 wheels and 26 for the other one.
My question is does the outside aspheric pressure affect nitro filled tyres, have just run on motorway and now the readings are all 29psi of which they should be on the 30 mark,
Another question when tyres are cold the pressure drops about 5 psi and when hot they are the correct pressure.

I had the same problem with the runflats - park up outside your tyre place... have a coffee and let the tyres go cold and then get them filled to 30.
Outside temperature affects all gases.

I've found for the last 2 autumns (last year GT-R, one before that, Aston), the first cold night of autumn and I've had the pressure warning light come on.

Boyle's law doesn't contain an exclusion for tyres, it's approx 1psi per 10 Kelvin.
