Autosports discount codes?

As per title I fancy popping over tomorrow afternoon and having a look at whats new but just checked the ticket prices £36 plus £12 parking and includes arena which I don't want.

Anyone know of any way to get cheaper tickets?

Trade days are much better as is pre-booking to get the cheaper price but, to be honest, I wouldn't pay £36 just to see the car side of the show as it can be done in 4 to 5 hours tops. Far better to visit the engineering side of the show also as it is far more interesting. Not much help, I know, but about as honest as I can get.

Exactly the engineering side is a lot better. But as I said in another thread unless there are specific things to see which is business related I think the show itself is just too expensive costing almost £100 once you factor in tickets parking fuel and food.

Unfortunately I am mainly interested in the trade stands in the oval arena (to see the new Autograss bits) which doesn't open on the trade days.

I guess I'll give it a miss this year

I think this whole 'trade' thing is bollocks!.

Why not just open the current format i.e. 2 days 'engineering' related and 2 days 'normal' but open it up to everyone!?

It's rather frustrating when folks suggest setting up a company just to get access to tickets etc. Great if you already have that avenue to go down but not of much use when you are just a 'normal' bod!!
