I will be going to about 1.6/1.7 on -5s. Car is already mega responsive and very torquey at 1 bar. Closed loop boost controlled via the ECU.

Not too shabby at all!

And to think.. The GTR is just a fraction of the cost! Good value for speed! Haha

Yeah as i said earlier up. With the ponscams.. and a good map geared towards responsive than top end power his just blaaaasts off the line and your at "70" before you can comprehend.

i use alot of terms loosely on forums when describing "my mates" car.. and it's always on "his" private strip too. Make no mistake as having been in both front seats it's bewildering at 1.2 bar of boost on -5's ...not nearly as sluggish as ppl think and oodles of power lower down too.
Really impressed by my mates car I was... and he's due to get it pushed to 1.7 soon too so I'll report back my findings when my mate shows me and takes me for a spin.. to 70.. on his personal track.

Yeah I gotta say I do love the fact a 26yr old datsun can sit behind a high end car like that up to "70" ...pretty incredible. Personally I just love the fact nothing else on the road looks like em but I see how much attention my mates 32 gets and it still surprises me heh
