rb20det crank pulley marking problem

hi guys..
what will happen if crankshaft marking at 20°-30° when no 1 piston at TDC with cam pulley marking is ok..what kind of symptoms probably occurred?can it causes engine only run when CAS sensor to fully counter clockwise pos?if set it to middle or clockwise engine very˛ sluggish(cannot move)and always stall.

Put in 15 BTDC with the idle valve disconnected and blower off.
Now: R35 GTR JDM - R32 GTS4

Past: R33 GTR sgl turbo
