Thanks bhp, very nice car you have too. The nismo bug bit hard a long time ago unfortunately, i bought my first set of LMGT4's for my R32 in 2004 after drooling over them for a few years before that. Heres a throwback to that time....

December 2015

One of the seals under the bonnet was missing, so i ordered a replacement. The new personalized number plates i ordered arrived so i fitted those also.

The catch can/washer bottle i ordered from a place in Melbourne called Racepace also arrived and i gave it a few coats of wrinkle black for a nicer look. The catch can is able to be setup with a vent and oil drain from a modified sump. At the moment i just have it setup like a normal catch can but will purchase the matching Racepace enlarged/modified sump in the future.

Some more photos of the nismo omori factory carbon cooling plate, the quality is very nice, the clear coat is an option so you can have it bare like the underside if you prefer that.

Next up i did a few of the filters and fluids and spark plugs.

Looking great so far. Get those 19's on sharpish...they look amazing (but I'm biased!)

I really need to start a thread for mine! Had it just over 2 years and its about where I want it

Good luck

Thanks guys appreciate the comments

GMeaks you definitely should start one, i would be interested to see it for sure.

When i did the service i plumbed up the catch can and fitted the nismo air inlet pipes. I also removed the sard external fpr and replaced it with an adjustable nismo one then i moved the greddy ebc solenoid to where the sard fpr had been for a neater look.

That was about it for 2015, although one thing i think i missed was fitting the nismo carbon side garnish not sure where my pics of that have gone

You're too kind Benny, which ones are 1st and 2nd in your opinion? I have sniffed around here a bit over the years and am familiar with some of the cars but not all.

Was going to say BHP's and Shrek's, but I think BHP's is 'just' an R1

So that position is now yours

Yeah i think it looks good that way, i had to ask nismo if they could do it and surprisingly it was only around an extra $50 to have it done. I have seen a few others done like that now too

I just took a pic of the nismo carbon side garnish and you can also see one of the security stickers i replaced. The small details are just as important as the large ones to me.

Moving on to January 2016.

I was putting the S15 up for sale so i moved a few small parts out of it and into the gtr such as the flare and the plastic clip that holds the drivers side floor mat in place.

The nismo carbon blade made its way into the spray booth to be clear coated. I managed to find one of the nismo kill switch style cigarette lighters and i also had my bronze set of 18x9 +22 LMGT4's repainted in white to go on my R32 as i had moved the original white 18x7.5 +30 set (seen at the top of this page)to my S15 in 2010 and wanted to get back to the calsonic look i love.

Moving onto February 2016

The gtr had the wrong vspec II sticker on it(it had the vspecIInur metal style badge with the nur removed, nice but not original), and the gtr badge was in the wrong spot. I ordered new gtr badges front and rear as well as the correct vspec II sticker and a spare nissan badge for the bootlid incase i ever need it.

My S15 became a Silvia Spec-R GTR for a minute for a laugh. Later in the month i took it out to take some photos to put it up for sale
