Mechanical KPH to MPH converter

Hi guys, need a bit of help. The car's been in the garage for some upgrades/repair/modifications and I got some bad news from the lads down there.
The car is a R32 GTR which is fitted with a mechanical thingy that screws onto the side of the gearbox underneath and alters the speed from KPH to MPH. I bought it years ago and it works fine but they had to remove it to get to the clutch and now the screw cover that holds it is broken.
Does any body know where these can be bought?

Thanks

Remove that piece of junk it will play havoc with other systems on the car such as hicas but also with the steering.

It's been fitted for over 15 years and is no problem. The HICAS was disabled years ago so is unaffected and I don't have an issue with the steering.
