R33 GTR Fuel Issue

Need some assistance with my R33 GTR please. There was an aftermarket pump fitted to the car when I got it which died, a used stock pump replaced it and it was working fine.
Unfortunately, the pump is not priming again on ignition and the car is not turning on. The pump works as it has been pulled out and tested with a 12v feed.

What should I check next? The FPCM, what do I look for to know if it's failed and how can I check the relay? I don't want to hardwork the pump and would like to keep the wiring as OEM as possible. Still got to check fuses in footwell.
If I do have to hardwire, what's the simplest way to do this please? I might look into this as a temp option. Haven't driven the car since October
